Privacy Policy

The Company shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations on the handling of personal information, national guidelines, and other standards, including the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures", in regard to the handling personal information in all businesses and the personal information of employees and others. The Company will also establish a personal information protection management system in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard “Personal Information Protection Management Systems—Requirements (JIS Q15001)", and use it to protect personal information.

In regard to the acquisition and use of personal information, the Company will specify the purpose for use of personal information, and shall not handle the personal information in a manner that exceeds that required to achieve the specified purpose of use (use for purposes other than the original intent). In addition, we will not use such information for purposes other than the original intent and will implement appropriate management measures for such information.

The Company will not provide any personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual concerned, except as permitted by laws and regulations.

Any concerns or complaints concerning the handling of personal information will be promptly investigated on the facts and responded to in good faith within a reasonable period of time.

In order for appropriate management of the personal information, the Company will take systematic, human, and physical and technical safety control measures to prevent or rectify the loss, leakage and/or damage on the personal information.

The Company will continually review its personal information management system based on the change in social environment and circumstances, for the continuous improvement of personal information protection.
